Privacy policy

The controller is Seres Vince, photographer. Contact details are listed at the bottom of this page and on the Imprint page.

The contact form asks for your name, email address, phone number, subject and message. The time of sending, the selected language, the IP address and the browser identifier are stored with the message. These are used to handle the enquiry and to limit abuse.

The purpose of the processing is to reply to the enquiry and to arrange a photography session. The legal basis is the consent you give by sending the message.

I do not sell the data and I do not use it for advertising. The message stays on the website host. If an email address is configured, the message is also forwarded there so that I can reply.

The website uses one session cookie so that the site can function. The cookie lasts until the browser is closed. The site does not set analytics or marketing cookies.

I keep the data for as long as the enquiry is being handled, and for as long as the law requires it to be kept.

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability, and you may object to the processing. You may withdraw your consent at any time. You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, Falk Miksa utca 9–11., 1055 Budapest, www.naih.hu).

Where the processing also concerns Switzerland, the rights under the Swiss Data Protection Act (nDSG) apply as well. A complaint may be made to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
